THE CHALLENGE
Food truck fans had no reliable way to find their favorite trucks in real-time. WTF needed a platform that could track food truck locations live, enable mobile ordering, and help food truck operators manage their business — all in one seamless two-sided marketplace.
OUR SOLUTION
We built a two-sided marketplace with a customer app featuring real-time food truck maps, menus, and mobile ordering, plus an operator app for location broadcasting, order management, and analytics. The platform uses GPS tracking for live truck locations, Stripe for payments, and Firebase for real-time data sync.
